We can accept files in both Mac and PC in:

Adobe Pagemaker 6.5 or 7

Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files (Distilled with Press options)

Adobe Indesign 2.0

Quark XPress

Photoshop 6.0 and 7.0

NOTE: Files MUST be saved properly to include the fonts and graphics included in the final publication.

At this time we cannot accept files from Microsoft Publisher or other programs on other platforms.

Once your files are ready.
If you have prepared your files properly and made all your final corrections, you are ready to send them to us. You can generally send them as an email attachment to Production@EDUprinters.com or if they are large files, you can post them to our FTP site (click here for instructions) or, finally, you can burn your files to a CDRom disk and then mail them. Please also remember to send along your purchase order and price confirmation sheet to

Proofing
Once production on your publication has been initially completed, we will send you an online "soft proof" meaning an Adobe Acrobat PDF file via email. To view this file you will need to download the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader software. You can print this out and make clear notes on this then fax it back to us. Please call us prior to faxing so we can set a time to discuss your changes if any.
